Alicia Tan has more than 18 years’ experience in the functional roles of Sales, Marketing, Career Counseling, Human Resource Development and Supply Chain Management. Her significant business and cultural adaptability gained in foreign multi-national corporations, local small and medium enterprises and the government sector has allowed her to contribute successfully in the search for executives with the “right fit”.

She has been an effective extension of clients’ human capital function placing well qualified middle to senior management staff in the Telecommunications, Healthcare, Office Automation, Chemical, FMCG and Media industry sectors.

Alicia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore as well as a Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from the Singapore Institute of Management. She is effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin, and conversant in French.
