Lim Chye Lian, the founder of Executive Talent in Singapore, has more than 20 years of Asia Pacific executive search and corporate senior executive experience, living in Singapore, Hong Kong and Sydney.

Her successful track record placing CEOs, senior functional executives and technical specialists span across many industries including electronics, telecommunications, information technology, consumer, healthcare, chemical, financial services and engineering.

Prior to joining IIC Partners, Chye Lian was part of the TranSearch Group where she assumed Board responsibility and played a key role in international and regional client relationship management, specialty practice groups and business development.

Chye Lian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Singapore and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from the George Washington University. She is accredited in a range of psychometric instruments for professional and organisational development.
