The founder of Executive Talent International, a leading executive
search firm in Singapore, Lim Chye Lian is Board Chair of IIC
Partners, Executive Search Worldwide. She was elected Chair in
October 2009 after serving six years as Asia Pacific Vice Chair and one year as a director.

Chye Lian has more than 20 years of Asia Pacific executive search and corporate senior executive experience, living in Singapore, Hong Kong and Sydney.

Her successful track record placing CEOs, senior functional
executives and technical specialists spans many industries and
functions, including electronics, telecommunications, information
technology, consumer, healthcare, chemical, financial services and engineering.

Prior to joining IIC Partners, she was part of the TRANSEARCH
Group, where she held Board responsibility and played a key role in international and regional client relationship management and
specialty practice groups.

Chye Lian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
from the University of Singapore and a Master’s degree in Human
Resource Development from George Washington University. She is accredited in a range of psychometric instruments for professional and organizational development.
