| Any client engaged in on-going and regular business with IIC Partners will be deemed out of bounds for any of our executive search activity, unless with the approval of the client. |
| Confidentiality |
| We respect the confidentiality of client and candidate information which shall be used only for the purpose of conducting the assignment. |
| Conflict of Interest |
| Before agreeing to undertake the search assignment, we will declare to client any potential conflict of interest which may impair the consultant's ability to perform the assignment. |
| Integrity |
| Candidate and client will be presented to each other only with their full knowledge and approval. |
| Accuracy |
| While maintaining regular contact, we will strive to be accurate in all communications with clients and candidates. Both parties will be encouraged to exchange relevant and accurate information. |
| Competence |
| All search assignments will be conducted competently, with an appropriate degree of knowledge, thoroughness and urgency. |
| Loyalty |
| IIC Partners will act in the interest of the client at all times when asked to negotiate the compensation arrangement with the selected candidate to arrive at an equitable agreement. |
| Objectivity |
| We will take references on candidates in an objective and professional manner and with the knowledge and consent of the candidate. The results will be reported in full to the client. |
